Office Space..
It’s nice to not work from home for a chance - but the downside is one gets soaked with a load of different kinds of germs while commuting to the office, which the immunity system has no recent experience with.. Thus.. I was sick, (in)conveniently over the weekend. Sore throat and cough is not fun.
I might try going to work again tomorrow, feeling a bit better now. And I want to do some more experiments in using the 770 as a podcast viewer. I got the 1GB mmc card now. While it’s not an ipod and doesnt try to be one, it still fits “enough” to be useful - it looks like it could nicely fit a DVD worth of video encoded for the device. The cpu is not a screamer, so one needs to scale down and lower the bitrate. But it’s still very nice to watch stuff on the go. New experience for me at least, as I never had a video ipod.
Some podcasts have been fun listening too - one nice one to entertain over the commute has been flight attendant Betty’s stories.
