Dear Tuomas: I was just reading about your work on GIMP, while trying to wean myself off PhotoShop. I was wondering if you've written about how to insert cutline info into a GIMP file, and if you could point me to any tutorial that would cover it. Any help would be much appreciated.

Sincerely,
Joel

Very interesting site. Corporate America has destroyed the "news".
It is almost impossible to find out any dependable information without going to many sources. I shall include yours in my growing list.

The mentality that you must control your product even after it has left your hands is just something that I can't understand. So what if the user uses another application to convert their RAW-photos? Adapt to the situation, don't try to force the user to change it.
